Politics Behind Rockers' IP Suit: Calif. Lawmaker

Law360 (April 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Republican assemblyman from California who wants to beat out Democrat Barbara Boxer for her seat in the U.S. Senate in 2010 has been slapped with a copyright lawsuit by rock singer and Eagles founder Don Henley over an online video parody set to the tune of a hit song from the 1980s.
