Calif.-Based Co. Scores Transfer Out Of EDTX In IP Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2017, 10:02 PM EDT) -- An Eastern Texas federal judge transferred an infringement suit to Northern California on Tuesday, granting a motion by West Coast-based computer security company Barracuda Networks Inc. after finding that litigation over four data compression technology patents should proceed in a location more convenient for witnesses.
