Consumers Rip Dr Pepper's Bid To Beat Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2017, 8:56 PM EDT) -- A group of consumers said Tuesday that Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. shouldn’t be allowed to appeal a California federal court order that denied the beverage company’s attempt to throw out their proposed false-advertising class action, arguing that an appeal wouldn’t help end the litigation more quickly.
