Star Tribune Asks For More Time On Ch. 11 Plan

Law360 (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Citing the large and complex nature of its case, Star Tribune Holdings Corp. has asked a bankruptcy court for three more months to file a Chapter 11 plan of its own before rival proposals are submitted.
