Boeing Takes New $329M Hit On Air Tanker Program

Law360, Nashville (October 26, 2017, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The Boeing Co. will take a further $329 million hit on its troubled KC-46 Pegasus air tanker program due to additional cost overruns, it said Wednesday, driven in part by the need to make changes to initial production aircraft due to issues following testing.
