By Andrew McIntyre ( November 2, 2017, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Ann Inc., which owns Ann Taylor and Loft, has reached a deal with landlord Boston Properties to renew its roughly 300,000 square feet of space in Times Square, Commercial Observer reported on Thursday. The apparel company has renewed at 7 Times Square, where it has space on 12 floors of the 1.3 million-square-foot, 47-story tower, according to the report. The firm's lease had been set to expire in 2020, Commercial Observer said....
