DOL To Appeal Invalidation Of White Collar Overtime Rule

Law360, New York (October 30, 2017, 8:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor will ask the Fifth Circuit to undo a Texas federal judge’s August order blocking a 2016 rule that more than doubled the salary level under which workers must be paid for overtime, according to an appeal notice filed Monday.
