LOT Network Shows Promise In Limiting 'Patent Troll' Suits

Law360, New York (October 31, 2017, 9:30 PM EDT) -- LOT Network, a patent-licensing initiative aimed at curbing lawsuits by so-called patent trolls, now has 178 member companies after launching with seven just three years ago, rapid growth that members and attorneys attribute to the network’s simple structure and potential for significant protection from patent litigation.
