Trump's Trans Military Ban Hits Roadblock

Law360, New York (October 30, 2017, 1:36 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge on Monday blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to bar members of the transgender community from serving in the military, saying it’s likely the policy violates the Fifth Amendment.
