6th Circ. Renews TV, Internet Tying Claim Against Developer

Law360, New York (October 31, 2017, 4:19 PM EDT) -- A split Sixth Circuit on Monday revived antitrust claims from a proposed class of Tennessee homeowners alleging their neighborhood’s developers used their market power to force residents to pay a tiny technology company for television and internet access.
