Navient Seeks To Toss Student Loan Borrower's Class Action

Law360, New York (November 3, 2017, 8:44 PM EDT) -- Navient Corp. on Friday previewed its bid to toss a proposed class action brought in New York federal court by a former Long Island college student who has accused the loan-servicing giant of steering student loan borrowers toward more costly repayment options.
