HFF Secures $479M Financing For Hudson Yards Office Tower

Law360, New York (November 8, 2017, 2:08 PM EST) -- Commercial real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler on Tuesday said it cemented $479 million in construction financing for a 25-story office building in the Hudson Yards area of Manhattan on behalf of a real estate-focused joint venture and its unnamed private equity institutional partner.

HFF said it secured the financing through investment funds managed by Apollo Global Management affiliates and worked on behalf of Cove Property Group, a Big Apple-based joint venture focused on real estate investment, development and ownership, and its partner.
