China Reignites Market Economy Battle At WTO

Law360, New York (November 8, 2017, 5:24 PM EST) -- China has called for a new set of consultations with the U.S. as part of its ongoing fight at the World Trade Organization over its longstanding status as a nonmarket economy in various dumping probes after a recent aluminum determination, according to a petition released Wednesday.
