NBA’s Dwyane Wade Hit With Antitrust Suit

Law360 (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- National Basketball Association star Dwyane Wade violated antitrust provisions by pulling out of a deal to endorse a Florida chain of theme restaurants, D. Wade’s Place, essentially shutting down the chain’s ability to compete, according to a civil suit filed by the restaurants’ owners.
