By Andrew McIntyre ( November 22, 2017, 2:25 PM EST) -- P3 Investments has sold a development site on the Bay Harbor Islands in South Florida to developers Valerio Morabito and Ugo Colombo for $20.5 million, The Real Deal reported on Wednesday. The deal is for the 1.2-acre so-called Bay Harbor Continental site at 1135 103rd St., which was earlier entitled for a 29-unit condo project, The Real Deal said. P3 bought the site in 2016 for $16.5 million, according to the report....
