Michael Vick's Creditors Finish With Nearly Full Recovery

Law360, Miami (November 17, 2017, 6:42 PM EST) -- Creditors of former NFL quarterback Michael Vick, who went into bankruptcy after a prison stint for participating in a dog-fighting ring, received their final distribution Thursday and received almost all of what they were owed, according to the liquidating trustee.

Vick's creditors in the Chapter 11 proceeding received the final $1.5 million payout, which brings them to almost full recovery, according to liquidating trustee Joseph Luzinski, a senior managing director of South Florida-based Development Specialists Inc.
