Concerns About Frivolous GAO Protests Likely Overblown

Law360, Nashville (November 27, 2017, 10:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office’s latest annual bid protest figures show a remarkable high point in the overall “effectiveness rate” for protesters at 47 percent, reflecting that perceived problems with the protest system may be exaggerated, attorneys say.
