Rambus Antitrust Case Likely To Move Forward: Judge

Law360 (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California state court judge has said he will probably allow an antitrust suit filed by chip designer Rambus Inc. against chip makers to go forward, in light of mixed rulings from federal courts on whether Rambus destroyed crucial evidence.
