7th Circ. Denies EEOC Rehearing Bid In Autozone Bias Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2017, 8:50 PM EST) -- A split Seventh Circuit rejected Tuesday the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s request for a full court review of a June panel finding that AutoZone did not discriminate against a black employee by transferring him because of his race.
