Justices Won't Review Shipping Co. Shareholder Suit

Law360, Washington (November 27, 2017, 9:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal from an investment company seeking to revive a suit against the directors of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. for cutting deals that allegedly harmed the company’s bottom line, leaving in place a Second Circuit ruling siding with the directors.
