Law360, Dallas (November 28, 2017, 9:45 PM EST) -- U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap has denied FedEx Corp.’s bid to move an Intellectual Ventures II LLC patent infringement case out of the Eastern District of Texas, saying the company forfeited its venue objections by “actively litigating” the case for months even after the U.S. Supreme Court’s blockbuster patent venue decision.
