Don't Foreclose $2.2B Pipeline Fight, Enviros Tell DC Circ.

Law360, New York (November 29, 2017, 6:19 PM EST) -- The Sierra Club should be allowed to revive its efforts to block construction of the $2.2 billion Nexus pipeline despite discovering that a landowner who sided with the group in the suit had sold his property to the pipeline's developers without the group's knowledge, the D.C. Circuit heard Tuesday.
