$110M Talc Verdict’s Survival Eases Way For Out-Of-Staters

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 8:18 PM EST) -- A Missouri trial judge’s recent order upholding a $110 million verdict in favor of a Virginian woman who claimed that Johnson & Johnson talc products gave her ovarian cancer signals that the Show-Me State will still be home to talc litigation brought by out-of-state patients.
