NJ Panel Advances Bill To Set Aside VW Settlement Funds

(December 4, 2017, 9:03 PM EST) -- A New Jersey Assembly panel on Monday advanced legislation to establish a fund for settlement dollars obtained by the state through federal litigation against Volkswagen over the automaker’s emissions cheating scandal, with the money to be used for air pollution control measures.
