Greyhound Hit With Suit Over Passenger's Death

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 7:29 PM EST) -- Greyhound Lines Inc. failed to ensure the safety of one of its passengers who was hit and killed in June by a Greyhound driver attempting to leave a truck stop without him, the passenger’s parents claimed Tuesday in Texas state court.
