Insurer's Claims Nixed In Suit Over Club's Legal Costs

Law360 (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed a third-party complaint filed by Evanston Insurance Co. against two other insurers in a lawsuit over coverage of litigation costs for a dispute between San Francisco’s Academy of Art University and The Olympic Club.
