Letter Proves Age Discrimination At Sidley: EEOC

Law360, New York (September 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former director at law firm Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP should be forced to speak up about a letter he signed detailing the firm’s allegedly illegal retirement policy, according to a motion filed in federal court by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
