AP V. Google Would Be Epic Copyright Clash: Experts

Law360, New York (May 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With The Associated Press taking a more aggressive posture toward online news copyrights, experts said Friday that the venerated wire service was not just swinging wildly when it announced it was ready to go to the mat with Google Inc. on a threat to pull news copy from the Internet giant's search pages.
