DC Appeals Court To Mull Union Free Speech Case

Law360 (May 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appellate court is gearing up to hear oral arguments in a suit alleging an operating engineers union violated members' free speech rights by mandating that they encrypt union campaign Web sites with passwords.
