2nd Circ. Affirms Arbitration In DuPont ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (May 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed that a dispute between the United Steelworkers union and DuPont Co. over changes to the chemical company's benefit plans should be sent to arbitration because the union accused the company of violating a collective bargaining agreement.
