Conoco Loses Bids For Judgment In Meal Breaks Suit

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- ConocoPhillips Co. has lost two bids for summary judgment in a putative class action accusing the oil company of failing to provide meal periods to workers at several California refineries in violation of state labor law.
