More Class Reps Added To 3M Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiff in a putative class action alleging 3M Co. denies workers regular and overtime pay for work-related activities has amended her complaint to add nine class representatives and incorporate new documents.

In an order Thursday, Judge Michael Mihm of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois also said that 3M would not be prejudiced by the addition of plaintiffs to the suit because he had already granted the company's motion to extend preclass-certification discovery to allow it to depose the plaintiffs in...
