More Class Reps Added To 3M Overtime Suit

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiff in a putative class action alleging 3M Co. denies workers regular and overtime pay for work-related activities has amended her complaint to add nine class representatives and incorporate new documents.
