Google, Apple Board Overlap Raises FTC Eyebrows

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has reportedly launched a probe into whether the overlap between the boards of Apple Inc. and Google Inc. as a result of shared directors violates federal antitrust law.
