Honda Must Face Defective Air Bag Suit, NJ Court Says

(July 13, 2017, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey state appeals court on Thursday revived a product liability action against American Honda Motor Co. over a motorist's allegedly defective air bag system, finding that the trial court violated the rules of motion practice in entering orders that ultimately led to the case's dismissal with prejudice.
