Miami Claims JPMorgan Used Discriminatory Lending Tactics

Law360, Los Angeles (June 16, 2014, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The city of Miami sued JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida federal court on Friday, accusing the bank of causing a disproportionate number of foreclosures in minority neighborhoods by engaging in discriminatory lending practices, two weeks after the city of Los Angeles hit JPMorgan with similar claims.
