GM Ignition Switch Suit Goes From SDNY To NM State Court

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday sent a suit blaming a fatal accident on a GM car’s ignition mechanism back to New Mexico state court, saying the accident at issue took place after GM reorganized and was only “remotely related” to the company’s 2008 bankruptcy.
