Fiat Chrysler Must Face Crash Claim Despite Ch. 11 Sale

Law360 (June 26, 2018, 9:39 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge refused Tuesday to erase one claim from a California woman's lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US over her paralysis from a crash in a 2004 Dodge Durango, saying the 2009 bankruptcy of predecessor Chrysler did not foreclose the claim.
