Bankrupt THQ Skirts Up To $65M In Claims With WWE Deal

Law360, Wilmington (February 21, 2013, 9:10 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge Tuesday approved a settlement between the remnants of THQ Inc. and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. that allows the defunct video game maker to hand off the WWE game franchise to another developer and dodge as much as $65 million in claims.
