High Court Won't Hear Scottie Pippen's Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2014, 1:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal by NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen asking it to revive his defamation suit against NBCUniversal Media LLC, CBS Interactive Inc. and other media outlets, claiming their reports of his bankruptcy were motivated by malice.
