Deals Rumor Mill: Glencore, KKR, Lufthansa

Law360, New York (November 14, 2017, 6:13 PM EST) -- Glencore PLC is nearing a $700 million agreement with the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan to launch a new base-metals royalty company, according to a Tuesday report from Bloomberg. The report said Glencore will provide royalty agreements from roughly 10 mines, with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan providing around $350 million in capital.
