9th. Circ. Finds Chinese Asylum Seeker's Testimony Credible

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 9:19 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit found Thursday that the Board of Immigration Appeals had wrongfully denied a Chinese immigrant asylum because his wife returned to their home country voluntarily, remanding his case to the board.
