Bumble Bee CEO Indicted Over Tuna Price-Fixing Scheme

Law360 (May 16, 2018, 9:52 PM EDT) -- A California federal grand jury indicted the president and CEO of Bumble Bee Foods LLC on Wednesday for his alleged embroilment in a scheme to fix the price of packaged seafood, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
