Bolt Co. Ignored 9th Circ. Order To Rehire Worker, NLRB Says

Law360 (May 10, 2021, 8:38 PM EDT) -- An Arizona-based nut and bolt manufacturer has flouted a Ninth Circuit order requiring it to rescind workplace rules and reverse a firing the National Labor Relations Board found violated federal labor law, the agency has alleged in a petition asking the court to find the company in contempt.
