AMA Support For Bioengineered Food Will Hurt Labeling Drive

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The American Medical Association's adoption of a platform on Tuesday that upholds the safety of genetically engineered foods will stymie a ballot initiative in California and other efforts by consumer groups to require the labeling of the products, attorneys say.
