Judge Trims Kraft, Cadbury False Ad Class Action

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 1:46 PM EST) -- A California judge on Monday stripped claims from a putative class action accusing Kraft Foods Global Inc. and Cadbury Adams USA LLC of misleading consumers as to the healthfulness of multiple products, including breath mints, Jell-O and Easy Mac.
