Judge Pushes Back On Gov't Bid To Limit DACA Discovery

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 12:36 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday defended his decision ordering the government to hand over evidence in a challenge to the planned end of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, telling the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday that the government had misconstrued his order in its petition.
