MDL Judge Limits Medical Fee Claims In 46 Novartis Suits
A Tennessee magistrate judge on Thursday barred plaintiffs from bringing medical expense claims in 46 cases that are part of multidistrict litigation against Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. over injuries allegedly caused by bone drugs Aredia and Zometa, saying they'd failed to comply with discovery requests.
