Malaysia Airlines To Pay $3.2M To Exit Air Cargo MDL
The plaintiffs in a New York multidistrict litigation accusing more than two dozen air cargo carriers of conspiring to fix shipping prices said on Thursday that Malaysia Airlines has agreed to settle claims against it for $3.2 million.

British Airways PLC agreed Tuesday to pay nearly $90 million to settle claims that it fixed cargo rates while LAN Airlines SA and two subsidiaries will pay $66 million to exit the same New York multidistrict litigation.
