    Online Ticketing Patent Obvious, Fed. Circ. Finds

    The Federal Circuit on Friday affirmed a trial court's judgment against online ticket company CEATS Inc., which sued a spate of airlines and entertainment companies including Ticketmaster LLC for allegedly infringing a patent for selling seats online, ruling that a jury correctly determined the patent was obvious.
