    P&G Swiffer Marking Suit Nixed Over Retroactive AIA Limits

    The America Invents Act’s retroactive elimination of qui tam false marking lawsuits is constitutional, an Illinois federal judge ruled Thursday, dooming a suit accusing Procter & Gamble Co. of labeling its Swiffer replacement cloths and wet pads with inapplicable patents.
